Really spontaneous idea. I went out for few minutes to absorb some sunbeams and then I recognized a blowball, and this was inspiration enough.

cropping
softlight
lighting correction (vignette, multiply, screen)
levels, dodge and burn tool on the eye
balances, curves and gradient maps
softlight again, add contrast
blur on everything else than eye and seeds
unsharp mask on lashes

beautiful and I love the color! the shadows in the eye are cool even though I have no idea what its from... I'm just curios are the seed actually in the eye?? I can't tell o_O this is so strange but I love it definitely dream worthy!!
